Looks weak yes, learn to abuse it's strengths and it's a demon. Most KV-5 drivers are utterly bad I've got a kv5 and my biggest problem with it, is its lame gun. In good hands the KV-5 is especially dangerous, I've seen a few totally outclass out Tier 8 Heavies with ease.

T54 or t30 otherwise i think tier 9 is kinda balanced Actually now look at this i think, t8 and t7 are the only [edited] up tiers because of all the premiums and even messed up t6 cause the fantasy tanks at t7. At t10 is-7 is quite fcked up, but only in hand of players who know atleast basics which is getting rarer lately otherwise all tier 10 are capable of putting up strong fight, of course some require more skill than the others but you can always put up a fight, unless u see a unicum in is-7 lol.
Yes I am one of the most toxic players I know of out there. Tier 1- R35 so much armour. Tier 3- BT-7 very mobile, good gun, excellent camo.
Tier 4- SUb monster gun, good mobility, troll upper glacis.
